Eventy application / platform is owned by the Department of Solutions for Telecommunications and Information Technology that be registered with the Ministry of Commerce in Saudi Arabia in the commercial register No.(1010487777) welcomes you and informs you that below you will find the privacy policy during your registration and using of Eeventy application / platform and all legal impact related to privacy policy that yield from your using of the application /platform on the web and electronic devices , as using of any person for the platform or application whether (guest , user , consumer , etc.) (or (the owner of the event , exhibition or event , organiser , etc.) . This would be considered consent and acceptance of the legitimate , orderly and lawful capacity of the person for all materials , terms , and conditions of the privacy policy , and it is a confirmation of his commitment to its regulations and for all that’s mentioned in it. We would also like to point out that Eventy could have been ( website or application on mobile phone or electronic platform). Privacy policy is considered effective as soon as you agree to it and begin registering on Eventy.
The above preface is an integral part of this agreement . You will find bellow the connotations and definitions of the key terms used in this agreement: 1-Eventy means the platform owned by the telecommunication and information technology services M.L, including all forms of the platform,whether it is an electronic application , or a web site. 2-(Event’s owner , exhibition , event, organizer ,etc.) means any person who register in Eventy platform to create and organize his/her event, whether natural or moral person . This definition includes all aspects of the event and activity as long as he or she organizes any form of event through the Event owner’ website. 3-(Event, activity , meeting) means the event , activity or exhibition to be organized by the event owner using the services of the Eventy platform. 4-(Visitor , participant , guest) means any person who visits the event ,activity or meeting organized by the event owner through (page,program,system,link)which is established by the Eventy platform. 5-(agreement ) means the rules,terms and conditions of using of the Eventy platform,all the terms and conditions of this agreement which will govern and organize between the parties of this agreement. 6-(Service provider) means the services that the Eventy platform provides to the event owner through third parties , and the services are: Simply providing the link between the owner of the event and the service provider, as it is neither control or related to the agreement between the event owner and the service provider.
1- The user acknowledges that he is legally and systemically qualified and he is at least eighteen years old, as considered in laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia,and that he is sufficiently knowledgeable to establish, arise and manage the event through The Eventy Platform. 2-Exception to the second article ,section (1), user may exercise an organizing and inviting the event if he/she under the age of majority of a member of Saudi Arabia, (eighteen years),as he is obliged to provide proof of his guardian’s agreement to the establishment of the platform, as the state instrument , and to the agreement signed by his legal guardian if necessary . 3-The user acknowledge that he/she has sound legal capacity and that he does not suffer from any of the symptoms of legal capacity. 4-If the user registers as a foundation or company or any other statutory form,all of them must have the legal , statutory and legitimate capacity to carry out the organisational work of the event via The Eventy Platform. 5-The user agrees that if he violates this article “the event ’s legal capacity’, he/she bears the results of this violation to visitors, users, participants or others.The Eventy Platform has nothing to do with the event’ owner’ dealings with the visiter, guest or others legally,systematically and lawfully . Eventy has on standing in any dispute caused by the established event or activity . In this case,The Eventy Platform is entitled to hold the event’ owner accountable under the provisions of contractual liability,and claim him for damages that may arise as result of such infraction, such as this damages can infect the Eventy platform ’s reputation to other merchants , visitors, users and others. 6-By taking all of the above into account, The Eventy Platform has no standing in any dispute arising out of the event in any way, in this case, the responsibility is due to the event’ owner or activity.
1-The mission of The Eventy Platform is simply providing support tools to organize the event, by establishing (page, link,site,application,platform)to organize the event , as the Eventy platform’s commitment under this agreement is only to creat (page,link, site, application, platform) of the owner’s event at The Eventy Platform, and to place the event for visitors, participants and guests. 2-The Eventy platform may provide other services to the visitor,owner’s event and the event, such as marketing support services or mentoring services, as well as online payment gateways ,The Eventy Platform has no standing for any payment platforms problem and the responsibility is due to the payment gate way company as stipulated in the payment system and services , and all services of the Eventy Platform are subject to the articles,terms and conditions of the use agreement. 3- The Eventy Platform is not committed to complete visits between the visitor and the event’s owner, as its commitment ends with the provision of creating services (page,l link,location, application, platform) via The Eventy Platform,and this does not affect other services that the Eventy Platform continues to offer such as mentoring, technical support , marketing and payment means. 4-The Eventy Platform may temporarily some services if requested by the owner of the event such as:…………………………………………The additional cost shared to the additional services required. 5- All dealings between the even’s owner and the visitor are unrelated to the Event Platform are unrelated to the Eventy Platform , it is not responsible for it.The visitor’s visit to the event site is an independent contractual transaction and relationship subjects to the agreement between the owner and the visitor.Accordingly, any dispute arising between either party for whatever reason has nothing to do by Eventy Platform. 6-All dealings between the owner of the event and the providers of services(third-party services )whose services are connected by the Eventy Platform or offered services for the benefit of the event’s owner and the visitor are unrelated to the Eventy Platform,as this transaction is contractual relationship independent of the Eventy Platform ,and it is subject to the agreement between the event’s owner and the services provider.Therefore , if one of the parties fails , refrains or fails to comply with its agreed obligations or fails to fulfil them properly the Eventy Platform is not responsible for any irregularities that occur or are committed between the event’owner and the service provider. 7-You know that the Eventy Platform is a technical online platform that allows the owner of the event and the visitor who approves this agreement to establish the event hosting and organizing exercise for the event via Eventy, and the Eventy mission ends there .There is no minimum quality or liability on the Eventy Platform for irregularities committed by the event’s owner at his/her event or visitor in violation of the provisions of this agreement or any regime in the Kingdom.The Eventy Platform has no standing or relationship with respect to dealings between the event’s owner and the visitor , only the event’s owner has to be in the face of any claim from any party.
1- Any person with legal capacity which is regarded to be a statutory and lawful person may creat a page for his/her special event in accordance with the rules and provisions of the usage agreement in particular “Article I- legal capacity of the event’s owner’. 2- Pursuant to the Eventy Platform the event which was created must be not contrary to the regulations and laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and public decency .The Eventy Platform always has the right to refuse to register any electronic store that is incompatible with laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or the provisions of this agreement. 3-The event hosted by the Eventy Platform must be non-contrary to the rules and provisions of this use agreement.The owner of the event acknowledges that the place in which the event is dealt with is not contrary to this agreement and to the regulations and laws in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. 4-No one has the right to use the Eventy Platform as a host of the event if the event is cancelled by the Eventy Platform or under orders or court rulings. 5-If any event’s owner has registered as an enterprise, company, charity or legal entity, the institution, company or registered entity must be bound by all the rules and provisions set forth in the Eventy Platform’s usage agreement. 6- All event’s owners should abide by all applicable laws to organize events, exhibitions, conferences and all related matters. 7-All event’s owners should be obliged to disclose in the event the following data: name and address commercial registry, self employment or official means of communication. 8- All event’s owners should be obliged to clarify the terms and conditions of the visitor. 9- All event’s owners should submit an invoice to the visitor showing the costs of purchasing the services or product, total price, the date and place of the delivery, and the replacement and return policy. 10- All event’s owners who hold events, activities , conferences , exhibitions , etc., which require licensing from the official authorities , should disclose the licence and all its data. In the event . In the event that the licence is not obtained or there is any systemic defect in this aspect , the event’s owner must bear sole responsibility . 11-The owner of the event acknowledges that period to his reiteration at the Event Platform , he has verified the availability of all the procedures and requirements required by the the official authorities of the Kingdom of the Saudi Arabia and has fulfilled all these procedures and requirements for the event. 12- If the owner of the event applying for the event is individual merchant “normal person”.He/she is also obliged to verify and provide the requirements required by official authorities according to the nature of the activity of the event’s owner.The event ’s individual owner acknowledges that he/she is bound by these requirements and is bound to provide and process them.The event’s individual owner is bound to provide his/her national identity data and other necessary information and documents requested by the Eventy Platform. 14- If the applicant event’s owner represents a business , a company , a charity or a corporate entity,Eventy Platform is provided by all the information and evidentiary documents , such as the commercial register and any other documentation of the event requested by the Eventy Platform for registration and proof of the legal personality of the event’s owner. 15-in case of non-compliance with any of the above, the Eventy Platform management has the right to take any of the following actions for example concerning : Alert, discontinue the services ,close the event page or block access to the Eventy’s services again as it deems appropriate . However , the Eventy Platform is not legally responsible for this breach by the event’s owner in the face of the visitor , it is no party to the relationship between the visitor and the owner of the event but it does that to improve the quality of the Eventy Platform and the owners of the event that use the platform.
When you apply to be member of the Eventy Platform or request to create the account , you are required too disclose specific information and choose a username and password to use when accessing the services of the Eventy Platform .After activating your account , you will become a user of the services of the Eventy Platform , thereby agreeing to: 1-Be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and the confidentiality of your password, and you are responsible for maintaining any information that you familiarize by yourself as an owner or visitor of the event, and to be agreeing the Eventy Platform immediately of any unauthorized use of your account information at the Eventy Platform or any other hack of your confidential information. 2-In no case the Eventy Platform will not be liable for any loss that may directly ar indirectly cause to you morally or materially as a result of disclosure of username , password information or in case of misuse of the account. 3-The event’s owner is obliged to administer and supervise the account by himself, as he is fully responsible for it. If any person uses it , it means that he has authorized him to use the account , unless the account holder informs Eventy’s management of the contrary. 4-When using the Eventy Platform , you commit to use it in all seriousness and credibility and to abide by the rules and provisions of the usage agreement and comply with the regulations and legal controls in force in Saudi Arabia. You are under an obligation to compensate the Eventy Platform for any direct or indirect losses that may be a result from any unlawful, unreal unreliable use of your account by you or by any other person who has obtained the keys to access your account of the platform ,whether it is to perform services by using the username and password or as result of your negligence in maintaining the confidentiality of the username and password , whether authorized by you or without authorization. 5-To commit to disclose real, true , up-to-date,complete and legal information about yourself as required during registration in the Eventy Platform. 6-To be obliged to update your personal data at the platform if it is actually changed, or if needed. 7-To undertake not to include in the username any of your contact details as email addresses, telephone numbers, any personal details ,or any phrase indicating a personal or commercial relationship between you and Eventy’s Platform, affiliates or owners. 8-The Eventy Platform is committed to deal with your personal information and contact addresses confidentially in accordance with the provisions of the privacy policy and the confidentiality of the information applicable to Eventy Platform. 9-You are always obliged to maintain and update registration data to keep it real, true, complete and legal ,and if you disclose information that is not genuine , incorrect, invalid, incomplete, unlawful or contrary to the usage agreement.The Eventy Platform has the right to stop, freeze or cancel your membership, event and account in the platform without prejudice to Eventy’s other rights and legitimate means of restoring its rights and protecting other users. 10- At any time , we have the right to conduct any investigations that you deem necessary, whether directly or via a third party, and we require you to disclose any additional information or documentation of any size to establish your identity or ownership of your money and account. 11-If you do not comply with any of the above , the administration of the Eventy Platform has the right to stop or cancel your event, membership or withhold you from accessing the services of the Eventy Platform again.It also reserves the right to cancel any unconfirmed and unproven events,operations or accounts that have passed for a long time without any activity.
1-The account owner of the Eventy Platform agrees to be contacted via email , or by the Eventy Platform management broadcasting public messages to all users or to specific users upon accessing their accounts within the Eventy Platform.The owner of the event also agrees at the Eventy Platform that all other agreements , declarations, data and communications provided electronically are in the place of their written analogies, a stand-alone argument in meeting legal needs. 2-Eventy Platform will send promotional emails to introduce you to any changes, promotional actions or technical activities that may be added to Eventy Platform.
1-You know and agree that Eventy Platform will inform you of any amendment to this agreement,whereby your obligations will be doubled or your rights diminished in accordance with any amendments that may be made to this usage agreement. 2-You agree that the Eventy Platform has absolute validity and without legal liability to make any fundamental or subsidiary modifications to this agreement.Users are informed about this amendment by any technical means provided.This may be by e-mail or public message to all users.The Eventy Platform provides technical means to demonstrate the acceptance of this amendment by the event’s owner,which is legal, contrary to ignorance and binding on the event’s owner of the the provisions of the agreement including amendments. 3-If any amendment to the usage agreement is objected to, it may be an obstacle to access to account control page . To avail of the services of the Eventy Platform, you must approve this agreement and any amendment .Therefore, if you do not accept the amendment, the Eventy Platform hope that you will cease to use its services. Simply accessing your Eventy account or using the Eventy Platform is your full acceptance of the amendments and complete consent that is due diligence.The Eventy Platform is pleased to answer your requires about this agreement and to receive any suggestions of the event’s owner. 4-All fees are calculated in Saudi Riyal.The account owner must pay all outstanding fees at the platform ,plus any other expenses added by the Eventy Platform. Payment must be made by means of a payment gateway and the approved, specified and available means through the Eventy Platform. 5-Not all Eventy Platform packages and offers are free for event’s owners or visitors,some of them are subject to varying fees. 6- The Eventy Platform may charge for event’s owners or visitors, depending on the events they create or visit . 7- The Eventy Platform reserves the right to add, increase, reduce of deduct any fees or expenses under the rules and provisions of the usage agreement, to any user whatever the reason of their registration.
1-Through its partners,Eventy provides a payment system at Eventy, payment can be made online entirely through available payment options on Eventy Platform or through any payment method provided by Eventy Platform from time to another. 2-In any time and any case the Eventy Platform may require payments to be made directly between the event’s owner and the visitor , through the bank accounts, and there no involvement to the Eventy Platform. 3- The provision of the Eventy online payment services through the platform is for the purpose of facilitating and safeguarding the rights of the event’s owner and the visitor. 4-The event’s owner is obliged to determine the price of the visit of the event he is establishing, and in no way relates to the miscalculation of the cost of the cost of the visit or the services provided at the event on the Eventy Platform , as its estimate in the commercially accepted form is an obligation of the event’s owner. 5-The Eventy Platform has the right to prevent the completion of any payment process in violation of the rules and the provisions of the usage agreement or cancel any request for visit as a result of a technical error in the platform,which led to a difference in prices that offered on the platform from the value of the visit since it causes loss of the Eventy Platform.The Eventy Platform does not afford to pay these sums. 6-The management of the Eventy Platform has the right to cancel, modify or change any of the payment methods that it has made available on the Eventy Platform. 7-The Eventy Platform charges a commission of (…) on payments made on the platform , the event’s owner acknowledges his full satisfaction with the entitlement of Eventy Platform to the commission referred to, and is not entitled to claim that commission in any way.
1-You do not mind giving Eventy Platform an unlimited,universal,permanent, irrevocable ,exempt from expenses and licensed right by using personal information or materials or other information that you have provided ,supplied or advertised on the platform through your accession or establishment of your event via forms that are designated for communication and registration , any emails or any of the platform’s communication channels, in order to realize any of the platform’s interests . 2-You are only responsible for the information you have sent or published and the role of the Eventy Platform is to allow you to display this information through the Eventy Platform and its advertising channels. 3-The confidentiality of the information of the event’s owner and the visitor is governed by the rules of the “privacy policy and confidentiality of information “ of the Eventy Platform.
1-The owner of the event undertakes to abide by all applicable laws and regulations within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the event or/and during his/her using of the Eventy Platform, and the applicable laws,terms and conditions that govern the use of the web, the holding of exhibitions , the usage agreement , the privacy policy and the confidentiality of the information applicable to the Eventy Platform. 2-If any user violates Article 10- clause 1, he/she recognises the right of the Eventy Platform to take any of the following actions, but not limited to: alert, stop the services , close the event page and return any outstaying amounts in electronic payments to visitor , which is without prejudice to the platform’s commissions or receivables .
1-All contents on the Eventy Platform , whether electronic or another,written or not, for example :written or unwritten texts,graphic designs ,technical ideas, logos,displays, button icons , symbols and audio clips, collected data and electronic programs are belong to the Eventy Platform and their rights are reserved for the Eventy Platform and no one has the right to use it in any way, whether direct or indirect, or by third party. 2-Eventy management notes that it will take the necessary action to override and infringe any of Eventy’s rights or intellectual property. 3-The Eventy Platform will not be liable the event of infringement of intellectual property rights belonging to the owners of the event who are members of the platform or events organised through or registered with in.
1-The Eventy Platform management respects the intellectual property rights of the event’s owners ,which they created through their events, activities ,whether owned by them before or after the event. 2-The account owner respects the intellectual property rights of the Eventy Platform,including the Eventy Platform itself, words, logos and other symbols of the Eventy Platform or displayed on the Eventy Platform.The Eventy Platform and every right under it ,are protected by intellectual property rights and trademark laws , and they are the exclusive ownership of the Eventy Platform.In no case shall they be permitted to infringe upon or use them without the authorization of the administration of the Eventy Platform.
1-In the interest of the Eventy Platform on the rights of visitors , and in order to achieve one of the most important objectives of the Eventy Platform by providing high quality service and mobility to all parties, Eventy Platform explains the following : 1-While completing the registration process, the visitor provides the following information to the Eventy Platform ,they are but not limited to: name- email - telephone. 2-The Eventy Platform technical platform systems keeps visitor’s data in order to facilitate their access to the platform and to visit the events they wish. 3-In case the visitor paid for the event visit with one of the available payment methods on the platform and was unable to enter and visit the event due to the event’s owner, the visitor has the right to inform the Eventy Platform and the Eventy Platform has the right to take deems appropriate about the event and its owner who contravenes the rules of this agreement.However , the Eventy Platform is not legally responsible for this breach cause by the owner of the event in the face of the visitor, it is not a party in the relationship between the visitor and the owner of the event , but it does so to improve the quality of the Eventy Platform and the users the platform. 4-The visitor can review his payment before completing the payment,to ensure that the payments are valid and identical to the event to be visited. The Eventy Platform is not responsible for the relationship between the visitor and the owner of the event. 5-The visitor acknowledges that he/she browses the event’s web page based on his/her desire,and he pays to visit the event based on his/her personal responsibility. 6- The visitor is aware of the fact that the owner of the event has an independent legal disclosure separate from the Eventy Platform.All events on the Eventy Platform posses a legal personality independent of the Eventy Platform. The visitor acknowledges Eventy ’s lack of standing in any claim for whatever reason, and his claim will be against the event’s owner. 7-The Eventy Platform is not bound in any way by this article and this clause to take a reaction to the visitor ’s complaint.The platform’s reaction to the visitor’s complaint is subject to the sole desire of the Eventy Platform, as the platform deems appropriate in accordance with the rules of this agreement , and in order to preserve its interest and commercial and economic reputation.In any case, the Eventy Platform may take some actions towards events that deliberately deceive or cheat the visitor such as: to freeze the membership of the event’s owner , to draw his attention to the failure to repeat this order or to urge the owner of the event to compensate the visitor, based on the desire of the Eventy Platform to preserve and protect all the rights of its users and registrars .
1- The Eventy Platform is not liable in any way for any fault or damage caused in the event, or unsatisfactory or late performance by the Event’s owner,events, electronic payment gates, banks ,or visitor’ non-obviation to pay, or for any losses, breakdowns or delays caused by delay-producing events or ineffective service provided in events , regardless of their provider. 2- The Eventy Platform does not bear any claims arising from errors or omission ,whether dirctly, indirectly, accidentally or through a third party. 3- The Eventy Platform does not bear any claims or liabilities arising as a result of financial losses,defamation or damage arising as a result of misuse or inability to use the Eventy Platform. In this cases ,The Eventy does not bear any liabilities and claims. 4-The Eventy Platform , its officials ,affiliates or owners are not liable for any claim,dispute, costs, damages, liability or any direct or indirect loss to any party arising out of an act of user of the platform. 5- The Eventy Platform , its affiliates ,owners and representatives are unrelated to any liability related to proper, legitimate and authorized event in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and used for illegal and irregular purposes . No person or entity shall be entitled to refer to the Eventy Platform any claims or compensation for such misuse.All events or services that provided in the Eventy Platform are provided through the event’s owners. 6-The Eventy Platform , its affiliates ,owners and representatives are unrelated to any illegal or irregular activity carried out by the owner of the event,or any activity that contravenes the regulations and instructions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The responsibility of the Eventy Platform is only to provide online support tools for the establishment o the event page and the related electronic support services. 7- The administration of the Eventy Platform notes to all event’s owners that if it notes any suspicious activities that are being planned,are being committed or have taken place on th Eventy Platform, it will proceed to report these activity to the competent authorities . It is not in any way responsible for such irregularities that occur without the knowledge or observation of the Eventy Platform.
1- The Eventy Platform informs you that the Web (Internet space) is not secure mean , and the confidentiality of personal information can not be 100% guaranteed in the internet space. 2-The Eventy Platform takes high quality standards (concrete, organisational and technical) to protect users and visitors , and prevent unauthorized access to and preserve of users’ personal information or event. 3-The Eventy Platform has no control over the actions of any third party or others, such as other internet pages connected through links to the platform or third parties claiming to represent you and others. 4-You know and agree that the Eventy Platform may use your information that you have provided, to provide services to you in the Eventy Platform, and to send you marketing messages. Eventy’s privacy policy regulates the collection, processing ,use and transfer of your personal identity information, the confidentiality rules are governed by the “privacy policy and confidentiality of information “ of the Eventy Platform.
1. Eventy provides tools to organize events, including establishing pages, links, sites, applications, and platforms.
2. Eventy may offer additional services like marketing and payment gateways but assumes no liability for issues arising from these services.
3. All dealings between event owners, visitors, and third parties are independent of Eventy, and disputes are solely between those parties.
The Eventy Platform in accordance with the usage agreement and the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia may resort to a temporary or permanent suspension of account, withdrawal and cancellation of the membership of the event’s owners or visitor,or the determination of the ability of the event’s owners to access the services of the Eventy Platform , in case: 1-Violation of the rules and provisions of the usage agreement. 2-Verbal or written abuse, infringement or threat by any means ,whether directly or indirectly , and whether issued by the event’s owner, affiliate or visitors to the Eventy Platform, or any of its partners, affiliates or representatives. 3-If the Eventy Platform cannot document any of the user information provided to it. 4-If the Eventy Platform determines the the user’s activities are unlawful or that the user’s activities may cause other users or the Eventy Platform legal difficulties or irregularities. 5-The Eventy Platform may re-engage suspended users.The user whose activity has been permanently discontinued or whose membership has been cancelled may not be able to register, restore its account in the Eventy Platform or use the platform in any way whatsoever ,until he is allowed to re-engage in the Eventy Platform by Eventy’s management . However, if the user violates this usage agreement , the Eventy Platform reserves the right to recover or claim any amounts due to the Eventy Platform to the user and any losses or damages caused by the event’s owner of Eventy Platform.The Eventy Platform has the right to take legal action or resort to judicial authorities in the city of Riyadh in Saudi Arabia against the user as the Eventy Platform deems appropriate. 6-The Eventy Platform does not waive its right to take appropriate action against any violation of the rules and provisions of the usage agreement and other similar acts of violations.Also, the Eventy Platform is not obliged to take any action against any violation of the usage agreement , but is subject to the discretion of the Eventy’s management and its legal management.
1- The owner of the event has the right to apply for the closure of the event page registered in the Eventy Platform database.When submitting the application , he/she must provide some documents , such as but not limited to :the request for closure is signed by the official representative of the event’s owner and approved by the official authorities. 2-The Eventy Platform reserves the right to accept or reject the closure application and to claim any financial rights or entitlements owed by the event’s owner. 3-Not with standing the provisions of article 16 of this agreement ,if the event’s owner applies for the closure of his/her event page ,he/she will not be eligible for refund for any active contributions.
1- The owner of the event is committed to conduct his event well,thereby the visitor’s rights and not creating a dispute between him and the visitor. 2-The Eventy Platform has the right to refuse, cancel or suspend purchases ,whether they are paid or not. 3--The Eventy Platform notes that it has nothing to do with any dispute that may arise between the visitor and the owner of the event , nor with any failure of the visitor towards an event, whether in default or otherwise. 4 Both the owner of the event and the visitor agree and acknowledge that they will not make unreal or manipulated visits to the Eventy Platform,and they will not use unreal names or unreal personal information,or use a credit card that does not belong to them without authorisation to purchase,the Eventy Platform has the right take appropriate legal actions against anyone who makes this kind of fraudulent operations. 5-All of the owners of the event and the visitors acknowledge that they are aware that the management of the Eventy Platform in transiting funds of their event within the Eventy Platform is subject to the authority and powers of the Central Bank of Saudi Arabia and the platform’s gateway.As result, the Eventy Platform acknowledges that all event owners may be delayed in transferring some funds, this is the result of the Central bank’s ,Ministry of Trade and Investment’s restrictions and e-commerce regulations imposed on electronic sales and purchases. 6-The Eventy Platform charges a commission of(….) on payments made on the platform, the owner of the event acknowledges his full satisfaction with the entitlement of the Eventy Platform to the commission referred to, and he/she does not have the right to claim cancellation or loss of that commission in any way. 7- Without prejudice to the Article 8, section 7 -The Eventy Platform reserves the right to charge any fees to the event’s owners and users as result of their operations withinThe Eventy Platform. Fees may be but not limited to: Government entities ‘fees ,bank fees, administration fees, payments fees or any other fees on the Eventy Platform , and Eventy’s claim is made as a result of the activity of the event owner and user.
1- As an account owner , you are obliged not to permit the advertising or publication of any content that is contrary to the privacy policy and the confidentiality of information or contravenes the rules and provisions of this usage agreement or the applicable regulations in Saudi Arabia. 2- The Eventy Platform strictly prevents the events that involve the sale of the following products and services which are , but are not limited to:Any event containing products /services , containing gambling , boxes of luck or random product., any products/ services that may cause any physical harm in anyway, any pirated contents or products and every thing contrary to intellectual property and publishing rights ,sexual pornographic products/ services.
Users are obliged not to violate any of the provisions of the Saudi Cyber Crime Law. If they violate the provisions of the Saudi Cyber Crime Law, this is subject to their strict responsibilities and their managements.And there is no liability for the Eventy Platform for the violation the applicable regulations by the user, the account owner is fully responsible for his event and his dealings of visitors.The Eventy Platform always has the right to take whatever it deems appropriate for any event that contravenes the provisions of the Saudi Cyber Crime Law, whether by informing the official authorities , merely closing the event page or canceling the event’s membership of the platform.
Without prejudice to the rights of others, the Eventy Platform may suspend or cancel the membership of the event owner or restrict the account owner’s access to the platform services at any time, without warning, for any reason and without limitation.
The Eventy Platform does not guarantee repairing the disruptions in the platform , and it does not guarantee that the events will be without any damages or defects and the guarantee is offered by the event’s owner and the must be done properly and fully by the event’s owner.
The event’s owner agrees to be responsible and to protect The Eventy Platform, its affiliates or owners from any damage that may occur on The Eventy Platform due to the offences of the event’s owner , he/she also under an obligation to prevent any damage that may caused to The Eventy Platform or its employees or to one of them by claims , loses , breakdowns, costs, expenses or fees resulting from misuse by the event’s owner or user, this resulted in a breach of the usage agreement or regulations and laws in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or infringe the rights of a visitor or third party or complain of a user or third party.
None of this usage agreement rules and provisions indicates that there is a partnership between any event’s owner and The Eventy Platform .In any case ,the Eventy Platform does not permit any event’s owner to indicate directly or indirectly to the existence of any relationship of any kind, whether it is direct or indirect between him/her as an event owner and The Eventy Platform or its management. Any notifications that the event owner wants to send to The Eventy Platform must be via email and the email will be answered by The Eventy Platform.As an owner of the event, you agree that any notifications sent from The Eventy Platform will be delivered to you by email you provided to The Eventy Platform during the registration process.
This usage agreement is governed in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations in force in Saudi Arabia and it is strictly and wholly governed by the applicable regime of the authorities in Saudi Arabia.
1- When dealing with the visitor , the owner of the event is committed to the truth , honesty and integrity. 2-When dealing with the visitor , the owner of the event is committed to good morality.
1-The rules and provisions of this usage agreement are applied to all paper and electronic publications across various publishing platforms and social media. 2- Publications are subject to change and are not bound by The Eventy Platform in relation to the fixed prices of services , packages or offers .The change of the prices is subject to variables on The Eventy Platform. 3- Any offers made by The Eventy Platform are temporary offers and are fixed for a fixed period of time . The Eventy Platform is not obliged to extend the time period or to continue with the specified time period as it has the right to be satisfied or determine the entitlement of any user to this offer or to cancel this offer at any time.
Under the rules and provisions of the usage agreement, The Eventy Platform provides some technical support services to the owner of the event, according to the concessions of the package in which the owner of the event participates , for example: 1-If the owner of the event wants to add some services , different or multiple services , this is subject to the policy of The Eventy Platform packages and offers which are often subject to financial fees. 2-The Eventy Platform provides account owners with the right to communicate with the technical support team of The Eventy Platform and resolving electronic and technical issues that might arise.
Under the rules and provisions of the usage agreement, in case of dispute , the dispute shall be resolved through conciliation, negotiations or friendly settlement. In case of continuing dispute , it shall be resolved by the competent authorities in Riyadh , Saudi Arabia.
If you have complaint about a visitor or an event , please follow these steps: -First step :Submit a complaint via the dedicated link at The Eventy Platform, which includes the complaint ,the text of the complaint and the supporting documents. -Second step:The visitor has the right to take such measures as he deems appropriate after having been informed of the content of the event owner’s reply to the complaint.If the visitor is not satisfied with the event owner’s reply , he is entitled to request a copy of the event owner ’s legal identity to take such action as he deems appropriate.
• If any article contained in this usage agreement is revoked or any provision of the usage agreement is no longer in force, this shall not revoke the validity of the rest of the articles, terms ,rules and provisions contained in the usage agreement , it remains valid until further notice fromThe Eventy Platform management. • This usage agreement which is amended from to another as appropriate , constitute the mechanism of action ,understanding ,agreement and contract between the owner of the event ,his/her event andThe Eventy Platform only.The event’s owner is bound by the provisions of this agreement, and the event’s owner agrees to : 1-This agreement of usage is applicable to all users of The Eventy Platform. It is the organisation of the relationship between the owner of the event and The Eventy Platform only ,regardless of any statutory form or legal, institutional ,commercial or charitable entity taken by the event’s owner . As for the relationship between the event’s owner and the visitor, it is subject to a separate legal relationship and has its own ongoing controls between them. 2-It is not the right of anyone- other than the administration of The Eventy Platform or the judicial authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia- to impose any material , clauses or any amendments to The Eventy Platform’s usage agreement. 3- If the usage agreement has been translated into any language , whether on The Eventy Platform or otherwise, the Arabic text of the usage agreement remains the original in all transactions. 4-If this agreement is amended ,all event’s owners and users will be notified during the amendment .If they continue to use the platform ,it is an acceptance of any amendments to this agreement. 5-This usage agreement shall not be revoked or amended except in accordance with a decision issued by the administration of The Eventy Platform.

Privacy policy is considered effective as soon as you agree to it and begin registering on Eventy. Eventy provides a communication solution that enables members of the public to share experiences . Our tools and website are provided in Eventy.sa to customers including, for example marketers , event organiser (customers) and event end-users participants to enable them to communicate with their colleagues , access to services and invite their knowledge to join (previous services , together with online tools and website). We respect your privacy , we will not use your personal information other than as described in this privacy policy. This is privacy policy applies to the personal information we receive from you directly , services are provided by Eventy and they can be provided by Eventy on behalf on the client . In this way when using the services, your personal information will be provided to both Eventy the client who uses the services , the owner of the event in relation to these events and other services providers. We collect information in order to compel the event to take place, so we collect the following kinds of information from our users:

Although we may add or change social media partners who we work with time to time. Please note that when using your social media account for services , you and / or your social partner control the personal information which is released to us. We also collect the information you provide to us when you register to receive a demonstration and contact us by email or through the “ contact us “ form on our website(www.eventy.sa). External device providers may have terms of use and privacy policies . If you are data subject and you wish to exercise any of your rights under the applicable system , to the extent that Eventy is a processor of your personal information, we may need to redirect your request to this client in accordance with applicable system .

When you participate in an experience through services by using one of your social account , you authorise Enenty to receive certain information from the concerned social partner , the applicable social partner controls the personal information we receive about you or in relation to some social partners,this control may be with you and your privacy sittings on a particular social site. As such , if you have any concerns about personal information that provided to us by social partner, we recommend that review the privacy sittings within the relevant social partner’s website and/or review the privacy policy that applicable to the social account you use to register for an experience via the services. Eventy is not responsible for the actions, omissions and failure of the social partner to comply with their privacy policies or applicable law.
We seek to keep users’ information confidential , and since the privacy policy of merchants or shops will not contravene the terms of the usage agreement or the privacy policy and confidentiality of the information,but because this can not be guaranteed 100% in the (internet space),Eventy platform team refer to the following : - Eventy seeks to preserve all information about events and not to be accessed by anyone contrary to Eventy policy. - Eventy protects event owners’ information under high-quality electronic and technical protection systems that are constantly and periodically updated. - Because the can not guarantee 100% of any intrusion or viruses on the electronic protection systems and on the firewalls of the Eventy platform, Eventy advices event owners to keep their information in strict confidence, and not to disclose any information that the owner of the event deems very important to him.
